New clinic opens at Green Hills

We’re thrilled to have opened a new clinic at Green Hills Shopping Centre in East Maitland. With more and more women in the Maitland area needing screening services, this new location will deliver breast screening services to more than 12,600 women who live and work nearby.

Since 1995, the BreastScreen NSW mobile van has been serving East Maitland, with the Henny Penny location booked out for a large part of each year. We’re proud to now offer a permanent venue that screens all year round. This not only allows us to better serve the community but also frees up the van to reach other areas in need, making it easier for women to access this important service. Our new clinic at Green Hills was developed with input from local Consumer Advisory Groups, including voices from the Maitland community. Conveniently located on Level G, off the P2 carpark entry, it’s easy to get to whether you’re using public transport or driving, with undercover parking available. You can choose to come for a screen and go or incorporate it into a day of shopping.

Open Monday to Friday, our clinic is a warm and welcoming space where women are encouraged to take a moment for their health and have a free breast screen.
